The soil is a brown chromosol with gravelly ironstone topsoil over rocky clay. 10yr Abel clone Pinot Noir - 100% destemmed - wild ferment - raised in a combination of steel and old wood - 6 months elevage - minimal Sulphur - 1,100 bottles produced.
