From a single site in the Coal valley set on black cracking-clay soils - 100% destemmed Pinot Noir - wild ferment with gentle daily pigeage - basket pressed to old oak barriques for 10 months elevage - minimal sulphur addition at bottling - 680 bottles produced
Tasting:
Dark cherry and ripe red fruits bounce out of the glass. Fresh and lifted on the palette, with a little grip from the ripe skins make this very easy drinking Pinot Noir. Look-out.
