the calling...

Conversations, usually over a glass of wine with bartenders, farmers and friends led to the formation of the L’appel Wines project in 2021.

L’appel ‘the calling’ is a nod to these people, the chance meetings and circumstances that have led me to my vocation.

As a grower in Southern Tasmania, the wines are a creative response of my day to day.

These are wines made with friends having a lot of fun in a shed somewhere, and are to be enjoyed by you wherever you please.

These are wines with thought & energy.
